Race benefits foundation helping sick patients

MEDINA – Many local runners gathered outside the Medina County Career Center the night of Aug. 11 to raise money for a nonprofit organization that helps local cancer patients and their families. Collin Cares held its fourth annual Glow with the Flow 5K, where participants donned glow sticks while running through a nearby track.

Collin Kiousis founded Collin Cares with his mother, Liz, and his then-girlfriend, Hayden Cory, in 2014 after he was diagnosed with colon cancer at the age of 17…
